Training

PCA & CFSS Training

The PCA and CFSS training programs prepare individuals to provide essential daily support and health-related tasks. These state-regulated courses ensure caregivers understand Minnesota’s standards for delivering safe, effective, and person-centered care to help individuals maintain independence at home.

PCA & CFSS Certificates

The PCA and CFSS certificates are mandatory credentials required by the State of Minnesota for all individuals providing care under these programs. These certificates confirm that the caregiver has passed the state-regulated exam, demonstrating a clear understanding of service standards, individual rights, and safety protocols.

Vulnerable Adult Test

The Vulnerable Adult test is a mandatory state requirement for individuals working with protected populations in Minnesota. This training ensures that caregivers can identify, report, and prevent the maltreatment, neglect, or financial exploitation of vulnerable adults in accordance with the Minnesota Maltreatment of Vulnerable Adults Act.
